Ducinea Restaurant Review: Tuhud y Batok

I can't think of any other restaurant that serves this dish, it's basically beef tendon in thick brown sauce. Not certain what the exact ingredients are but one thing's for sure, it's good enough to recommend to anyone in search for something new to the taste buds. Although I personally have never heard of this sinfully delicious dish prior, Dulcinea is a relatively popular resto chain in the Philippines and I'm surprised none of my friends have ever mentioned it. Tuhod y Batok matches well with  Paella, spread a bit of sauce on top of the Paella and get ready to take on one of the most unique and gratifying meals in town!
